D. K. Laue, Lucy A. Tucker
Nottingham University Press, 01.01.2006 - 201 Seiten
The chief aim of this publication is to enable the reader to obtain an overview of key elements of related disciplines, some of which are highly technical in nature, in an efficient manner, whilst relating the sicnece back to practical petfood manufacturing and applied research. As pet research becomes more "multi-factorial" in its nature, improved understanding across disciplines will become crucial in adapting pet nutrition to meet pet welfare demands. This book is aimed at nutritionists and petfood manufacturers as well as students and researchers studying companion animal sciences.
