Amendment proposed, in page 1, line 21, at the end, to insert the words "and swine "-(Mr. Buxton).-Question put, "That those words be there inserted."--The Committee divided:

Another Amendment proposed, in page 1, line 22, to leave out sub-section (4)—(Sir Henry Cautley).—Question proposed, "That sub-section (4) stand part of the Clause." Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
