SALMON AND FRESHWATER FISHERIES BILL.

Clause 1.

Amendment made, in page 1, line 22, at the end, by inserting the words:

(d) "throw or discharge any stone or other missile into any water for the purpose of taking or killing, or facilitating the taking or killing, of any salmon or trout "-(Major Gwilym Lloyd George).

Another Amendment made, in page 2, lines 14 and 15, by leaving out the words "across any portion of a lake or river "(Sir Robert Sanders).

Amendment made, in page 2, line 35, by leaving out the word "Knowingly "-(Mr. Peto).

Another Amendment made, in page 3, line 2, by leaving out the word "forthwith "-(Mr. Peto).
