3:23 5b4

(SECOND TUNE.)

4 Jesus, of Thee shall be my song;
To Thee my heart and soul belong:
All that I have or am is Thine;
And Thou, blest Saviour, Thou art mine:
Jesus, my Lord, I Thee adore;

O make me love Thee more and more.

Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of thy name. Ps. lxxix: 9.

I Lord of our life, and God of our salvation,
Star of our night, and hope of every nation,
Hear and receive Thy Church's supplication,
Lord God Almighty.

2 See round Thine ark the hungry billows curling;
See how Thy foes their banners are unfurling:
Lord, while their darts envenomed they are hurling,
Thou canst preserve us!

3 Lord, Thou canst help when earthly armor faileth;
Lord, Thou canst save when deadly sin assaileth :
Lord, o'er Thy Rock nor death nor hell prevaileth;
Grant us Thy peace, Lord.

4 Grant us Thy help till foes are backward driven;
Grant them Thy truth, that they may be forgiven;
Grant peace on earth, and, after we have striven,
Peace in Thy heaven.

43 Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come. Rev. iv: 8.

I Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!

Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee:
Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty;

Father and Saviour, glory be to Thee.

2 Holy, holy, holy! all the saints adore Thee,

Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;
Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee,
Which wert, and art, and evermore shalt be.

3 Holy, holy, holy! though the darkness hide Thee,
Though the eye of sinful man Thy glory may not see,
Only Thou art holy: there is none beside Thee
Perfect in power, in love, and purity.

4 Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!

All Thy works shall praise Thy name, in earth, and sky, and sea: Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty;

Father and Saviour, glory be to Thee.
