Bookfellers in the Urited States,
Be it remembered, That on the
seventeenth day of April, in the twenty-fourth year of the Independence of the United States of America, Michael Walsk, of the said District, hath deposited in this Office the title of a Book, the right whereof he claims as Author, in the words following, to
"A New System of Mercantile Arithmetic': Adapted to the commerce of the United States, in its domestic and foreign relations. With forms of accounts and other writings usually occurring in Trade.--By MICHAEL WALSH."
In conformity to the A&t of the Congress of the United States, intituled “ An A&t for the Encouragement of Learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts and Books, to the Authors and Proprietors of such Copies, during the times therein mentioned."
