wick, and charges and fees, is in full payment of
the bond and mortgage of Jacob R. Voorhees on
the same property, which was placed in Mr. Har-
denbergh's hands for collection, as per statement
furnished by him, viz:

The Board of Direction of the Corporation of General Synod, submit their Annual Digest as follows, viz:

I. The Van Benschoten Fund.

The amount of this fund was, on the first day of April last, as reported by Mr. Peter Spader, the Deputy Treasurer of Rutgers' College, and which is loaned on Bond secured by Mortgages in the State of New Jersey,

II. Legacy of the late Miss Rebecca Knox.

III. Professoral Fund, late in the hands of the Trustees of Rutgers'

College, transferred to General Synod.

The securities of this fund are now deposited in the hands of Peter Spader, to receive the interest, and to account to the Treasurer of this Board.

IV. Indigent Students' Fund.

Nothing received on account of this fund the past year.

V. Indigent Students' Permanent Fund.

To this fund nothing has been added to the $200 paid by James Bogert, Jr., for its commencement.

VI. Heyer Scholarship.

The sum of $2,500, devised by Mr. Isaac Heyer, has been invested on Bond and Mortgage.

VII

Permanent Professoral Fund of General Synod.

Under this head are included all the moneys which have been collected and invested on the subscriptions for the Second and Third Professorships, as well as the moneys formerly belonging to this fund. Loaned on Bond secured by Mortgages, which includes

the Bond of the Collegiate Churches of New York, $41,200 00 Professoral Funds late in the hands of the Trustees of Rutgers' College, transferred to General Synod, per cent Stock of the State of New York,
