At that transporting word;
ƒ Run up with joy the shining way
To embrace my dearest Lord:

5 Fearless of hell and ghastly death,
I'd break through every foe;
The wings of love and arms of faith
Should bear me conqueror through. Amen.

REJOICE, believer, in the Lord,

Who makes your cause His own:
The hope that's built upon His word,
Can ne'er be overthrown.

mf 2 Though many foes beset your road,
And feeble is your arm,
Your life is hid with Christ in God,
Beyond the reach of harm.

I. WATTS.

mp3 Weak as you are you shall not faint: Or fainting, shall not die :

cr Jesus, the strength of every saint, Will aid you from on high.

mp4 Though unperceived by mortal sense, Faith sees Him always near,

cr A Guide, a glory, a defence:
Then what have you to fear?

TH Thee, my Lord, my God,
would desire to be:

By day, by night, at home, abroad,
I would be still with Thee.

mp 2 With Thee, when dawn comes in,
And calls me back to care;

Each day returning to begin
With Thee, my God, in prayer.

mf 3 With Thee, amid the crowd
That throngs the busy mart;

dim

To hear Thy voice, mid clamour loud,
Speak softly to my heart.

mp4 With Thee, when day is done,
And evening calms the mind;

The setting as the rising sun

With Thee my heart would find.

mp5 With Thee, when darkness brings
The signal of repose,

Calm in the shadow of Thy wings
Mine eyelids I would close.

mf 6 With Thee, in Thee, by faith
Abiding I would be:

cr By day, by night, in life, in death,

I would be still with Thee. Amen.

That fellowship of love

His Spirit only can bestow,
Who reigns in light above.

mf 2 Walk in the light! and sin abhorred
Shall ne'er defile again;

The blood of Jesus Christ thy Lord
Shall cleanse from every stain.

mf 3 Walk in the light! and thou shalt find
Thy heart made truly His

Who dwells in cloudless light enshrined,
In Whom no darkness is.

Thy darkness passed away,

cr Because that light hath on thee shone, In which is perfect day.

mf 5 Walk in the light! and e'en the tomb No fearful shade shall wear;

cr Glory shall chase away its gloom,
For Christ hath conquered there.

mf 6 Walk in the light! and thine shall be
A path, though thorny, bright;
cr For God, by grace, shall dwell in thee,
f And God Himself is Light. Amen.

mf WA Saviour benign,

WALKING with Thee, my God,

Daily confer on me

Converse divine :

Jesus, in Thee restored,
Brother and blessed Lord,

Let it be mine.

mf 2 Walking with Thee, my God, Like as a child

Leans on his father's strength,
Crossing the wild ;
And by the way is taught
Lessons of holy thought,
Faith undefiled.

mf 3 Darkness and earthly mists,
How do they flee,
Far underneath my feet,
Walking with Thee:
f Pure is that upper air,
Cloudless the prospect there,
Walking with Thee.

mp 4 Walking in reverence
Humbly with Thee,

cr Yet from all abject fear
Lovingly free:

f E'en as a friend with friend,
Cheered to the journey's end,
Walking with Thee.

mf 5 Then Thy companions here Walking with Thee,

cr Rise to a higher life,
Soul liberty:

dim They are not, here to love,
But to the home above,
Taken by Thee.

6 Gently translated, they Pass out of sight, Gone as the morning stars Flee with the night: Taken to endless day, dim So may I fade away

Into Thy light. Amen.

G. RAWSON.
