Jane, dau. of Hon. Ross Wilkins, Judge of United States Court, Mich.- Descended from Giles Brent, who came to America in 1638 with his cousin, Gov. Calvert. brother to Lord Baltimore, received the Grant of the Manor of Kent Island: Member of the Assembly, 1639; Com. of Kent Island, 1639; Member of King's Council, 1642; appointed Gov. Lieut.-General, and Admiral of Maryland, 1643).
