J. Reuben Clark, the Public YearsBrigham Young University Press, 1980 - 702 Seiten Joshua Reuben Clark, Jr. (1871-1961) was born in Grantsville, Utah to Joshua Reuben Clark and Mary Louise Wolley. In 1898 he married Luacine Savage and they eventually became the parents of four children. Reuban, as he was known, became an important diplomat for the United States and was an Under Secretary at the State Department. In 1933 he became a counselor to President Heber J. Grant ans spent the rest of his life in church service. |
