Clause 1. Amendment proposed, in page 1, line 14, at the end, to insert the words : "Provided that a draft of such regulations shall be published and shall not come into force until the expiration of six months thereafter "-(Mr. Johnston). Question, "That those words be there inserted,"-put, and negatived. Clause agreed to. Clause 2, agreed to. Clause 3. Amendment made, in page 3, lines 7 and 8, by leaving out the words "thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight," and by inserting the words "twenty-eighth day of February, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine "-(Mr. Guinness),-instead thereof. Clause, as amended, agreed to. Clause 4. Amendment made, in page 3, line 37, by leaving out all the words from the word "are to the word "and" in line 39, and by inserting the words "registered premises" -(Mr. Guinness),-instead thereof.
