Resolved, That four Sub-Committees be appointed to consider these replies.

Resolved, That Colonel HENDERSON, Mr. AMMON, Mr. BENNETT, and Mr. DALTON be the Chairmen of these Sub-Committees.

Resolved, That the Chairmen be empowered to appoint the members of the Sub-Committees.

Resolved, That the Main Committee do meet on Mondays at 4 p.m. and on Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
