Amendment proposed, in page 3, line 7, to leave out all the words from the word " The" to the word "a," in line 9, in order to insert the words "Electricity Commissioners shall, as soon as practicable, prepare and transmit to the Board"-(Mr. Robert Hudson), instead thereof.-Question proposed, "That the words proposed to be left out, down to the word 'prepare,' in line 8, stand part of the Clause."
