ORDER OF REFERENCE.

[Monday, 15th March, 1926.]-Imperial War Graves Endowment Fund Bill,-read a second time, and committed to a Select Committee of Nine Members, Five to be nominated by the House and Four by the Committee of Selection.

Ordered, That all Petitions against the Bill, presented Five clear days before the meeting of the Committee, be referred to the Committee; that the Petitioners praying to be heard by themselves, their Counsel, or Agents, be heard against the Bill, and Counsel heard in support of the Bill.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.

Ordered, That Five be the quorum.-(Mr. McNeill.)

The cost of preparing for publication the shorthand Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee was £8 3s. 10d.

The cost of printing and publishing this Report is estimated by the Stationery Office at £23 4s. 8d.

REPORT.

THE SELECT COMMITTEE to whom the IMPERIAL WAR GRAVES ENDOWMENT FUND BILL was referred :

Have examined the allegations contained in the Preamble of the Bill, and amended the same so as to make it consistent with the provisions of the Bill as passed by the Committee, and found the same, as amended, to be true, and have taken evidence thereon, which they have agreed to Report to the House, and have gone through the Bill and made amendments thereunto.
