BY PETER NICHOLSON,
and of the Architectural Dictionary.
PRINTED FOR G. B. WHITTAKER
Price ?ls, bound and lettered.
N.B. It will be universally felt that this is the cheapest Book in the English language. It was expected that it might have been completed in 750 pages ; but it has extended unavoidably to nearly 1000, with 27 engravings, and many hundred cuts, while the printing is of the most expensive kind. It is pressemed, therefore, that the advance from 18s. (the price at which it was originally advertised) to 218. will be fully justified by the bulk, completeness, comprehensiveness, and uurivalled utility of the Work.

AND GREATLY FACILITATE THE STUDY OF THOSE NOBLE
AND USEFUL SCIENCES,
BY THEIR DEVOTED
OBLIGED HUMBLE SERVANT,
