The fees in respect of the Open Competition for the Indian Civil Service, and those in respect of the Limited Competition for the Indian and Colonial Police Services, are also with the consent of the Secretary of State for India in Council as regards the Indian Services appropriated to the Imperial Exchequer, and for this purpose are levied by stamps.
