Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor's. Lord, have mercy upon us, and write all these thy laws in our hearts, we beseech thee. Hear also what our Lord Jesus Christ saith. Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it; Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets. PSALM IV. 19 Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; 'have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. 20 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? 21 But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him. 22 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. 23 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD. 24 There be many that say, Who will shew us any good?
