Thy light, Thy love, Beaming through all Thy works we see, Thy glory gilds the heavens above, And all the earth is full of Thee. 2 Thy voice we hear-Thy presence feel, Whilst Thou, too pure for mortal sight, Involved in clouds-invisible, Reignest the Lord of life and light. 3 We know not in what hallowed part But this we know, that where Thou art, Strength, wisdom, goodness dwell with Thee. 4 Thy children shall not faint nor fear, Sustained by this delightful thought, Since Thou their God art everywhere, They cannot be where Thou art not. 27 1 2 3 S.M. Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at His footstool. EXALT the Lord our God, And worship at His feet; His nature is all holiness, When Aaron was His priest, When Moses cried, when Samuel prayed, Oft He forgave their sins, Nor would destroy their race; And oft He made His vengeance known, 4 Exalt the Lord our God, Whose grace is still the same; 28. I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever.-Ps. 89. 1. 1 MY never-ceasing song shall show The mercies of the Lord, And make succeeding ages know 2 The sacred truths His lips pronounce And, if He speak a promise once, 3 How long the race of David held 4 Lord God of Hosts, Thy wondrous ways Are sung by saints above; And saints on earth their honours raise 29 1 GOD 8.7.
