The Word dred Deep, 2 Cor. 11. 25. is not the fame which is here ufed, but Word which fignifies a deep Place, as the Bottom of the Sea, &c. The postle may there refer to fome Shipwreck which he was tot in Night and a Day together; or to fome deep Prison or Dungeon which he was caft, though it be not exprefly mentioned in Hiftory.
