HeadacheSICS Editore, 01.10.2014 Headache is experienced by 70–95% of all people at some point in their life.Thorough patient interview is the cornerstone in headache diagnostics. Instrumental investigations do not further clarify the diagnosis in primary headaches. If the history suggests that the patient has a primary headache and the findings in neurological clinical examination are normal, further investigations are usually not warranted. |
