SCHEDULES. (Registration). Α BILL ΤΟ Provide for the Registration of Persons carrying A.D. 1923. out certain duties in connection with Landed Property. E it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, 5 as follows: 1. (1) As from the commencement of this Act Establishthere shall be established for the purposes of this Act a ment and Registration Board (in this Act referred to as "the constitution of RegisBoard") to be called "the Landed Property Practi10 tioners' Registration Board." (2) The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and with power to sue and be sued, and to acquire and hold lands for the purposes of this Act without licence in mortmain. 15 (3) The Board shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions contained in the First Schedule to this Act. (4) The seal of the Board shall be authenticated in the prescribed manner, and any document purporting to 20 be sealed with the said seal so authenticated shall be receivable in evidence of the particulars stated in that document. tration Board. 2. (1) The Board may appoint a person to act as Staff and 40 registrar of the Board, and may employ such other officers expenses. and provide such offices as the Board consider necessary. |
