Another Amendment proposed, in page 10, line 24, at the end, to insert the words "the appropriation between principal and interest being made in accordance with the provisions of this Act where the interest is not expressed by the contract for the loan in terms of a rate "-(Captain King).—Question, "That those words be there inserted," -put, and agreed to.
