[S. 1227, 87th Cong., 1st sess.] BILL To amend the National Defense Education Act of 1958 in order to authorize the granting of national defense scholarships Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States America in Congress assembled, That the National Defense Education Act of 58 is amended by inserting after title I a new title as follows: "TITLE I A-NATIONAL DEFENSE SCHOLARSHIPS "APPROPRIATIONS AUTHORIZED 'SEC. 111.
