Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer: And attend to the voice of my supplications.

In the day of my trouble will I call upon Thee: For Thou wilt answer me. Among the gods there is none like unto Thee, O Lord: Neither are there any works like unto Thy works.

All nations whom Thou hast made shall come and worship before Thee, O Lord: And shall glorify Thy name.

Unite my heart to

For Thou art great, and doest wondrous things: Thou art God alone. Teach me Thy way, O Lord: I will walk in Thy truth: fear Thy name.

I will praise Thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: And I will glorify Thy name for evermore.

For great is Thy mercy toward me: And Thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

And the assemblies of the violent

O God, the proud are risen against me: men have sought after my soul; and have not set Thee before them.

But Thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious: Longsuffering and plenteous in mercy and truth.

O turn to me, and have mercy upon me: Give Thy strength unto Thy servant, and save the son of Thine hand-maid.

Show me a token for good, that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: Because Thou, O Lord, hast helped me, and comforted me.

PSALM 90.

Lord, Thou hast been our dwelling place: In all generations.

Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever Thou hadst formed the earth and the world: Even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God.

Thou turnest man to destruction: And sayest, Return, ye children of men. For a thousand years in Thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past: And as a watch in the night.

Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: In the morning they are as the grass which groweth up.

In the morning it flourisheth and groweth up: In the evening it is cut down, and withereth.

For we are consumed by Thine anger: And by Thy wrath are we troubled. Thou hast set our iniquities before Thee: Our secret sins in the light of Thy countenance.

For all our days are passed away in Thy wrath: We spend our years as a tale that is told.

The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years: Yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

Who knoweth the power of Thine anger: Even according to Thy fear, so is Thy wrath.

So teach us to number our days: That we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Return, O Lord, how long?: And let it repent Thee concerning Thy servants. O satisfy us early with Thy mercy: That we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

Make us glad according to the days wherein Thou hast afflicted us: And the years wherein we have seen evil.

Let Thy work appear unto Thy servants: And Thy glory unto their chil

dren.

And let the beauty of the Lord God be upon us: And establish Thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish Thou it.

PSALM 97.

The Lord reigneth, let the earth rejoice: Let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.

Clouds and darkness are round about Him: Righteousness and judgment are the habitation of His throne.

A fire goeth before Him: And burneth up His enemies round about.
His lightnings enlightened the world: The earth saw, and trembled.

The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord: At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

The heavens declare His righteousness: And all the people see His glory. Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: Worship Him, all ye gods.

Zion heard, and was glad: And the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of Thy judgments, O Lord.

For Thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: Thou art exalted far above all gods.

Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: He preserveth the souls of His saints; He delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Light is sown for the righteous: And gladness for the upright in heart. Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous: And give thanks to the remembrance of His holiness.

PSALM 98.

O sing unto the Lord a new song: For He hath done marvellous things. His right hand, and His holy arm: Hath gotten Him the victory.

The Lord hath made known His salvation: His righteousness hath He oyenly showed in the sight of the heathen.

He hath remembered His mercy and His truth toward the house of Israel: All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord of all the earth: Make a loud noise, and rejoice and sing praise.

Sing unto the Lord with the harp: With the harp, and the voice of a psalm. With trumpets and sound of cornet: Make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.

Let the sea roar and the fullness thereof: The world, and they that dwell therein.

Let the floods clap their hands, let the hills be joyful together before the Lord: For He cometh to judge the earth.

With righteousness shall He judge the world: And the people with equity.

PSALM 100.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands: Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with singing.

Know ye that the Lord He is God: It is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: Be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.

For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting: And His truth endureth to all generations.

Bless the Lord, O my soul:

PSALM 103.

And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
And forget not all His benefits;

Bless the Lord, O my soul:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities: Who healeth all thy diseases;

Who redeemeth thy life from destruction: Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies:

Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things: So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment: For all that are oppressed. He made known His ways unto Moses: His acts unto the children of Israel.

The Lord is merciful and gracious: Slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. He will not always chide: Neither will He keep His anger forever.

He hath not dealt with us after our sins: Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

For as the heaven is high above the earth: So great is His mercy toward them that fear Him.

As far as the east is from the west: So far hath He removed our transgressions from us.

Like as a father pitieth his children: So the Lord pitieth them that fear Him. For He knoweth our frame: He remembereth that we are dust.

As for man,his days are as grass: As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. For the wind, passeth over it, and it is gone: And the place thereof shall know it no more.

But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear Him: And His righteousness unto children's children;

To such as keep His covenant:

ments to do them.

And to those that remember His command

The Lord hath prepared His throne in the Heavens: And His kingdom ruleth over all.

Bless the Lord, ye His angels, that excel in strength: mandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word.

Bless ye the Lord, all ye His hosts: Ye ministers of His, that do His pleas

Bless the Lord, all His works in all places of His dominion: Bless the Lord, O my soul.

PSALM 111.

Praise ye the Lord. I will praise the Lord with my whole heart: In the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.

The works of the Lord are great: Sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.

His work is honorable and glorious: And His righteousness endureth for

ever.

He hath made His wonderful works to be remembered: The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.

He hath given meat unto them that fear Him: He will ever be mindful of His covenant.

He hath shown His people the power of His works: That He may give them the heritage of the heathen.

The works of His hands are verity and judgment: All His commandments

are sure.

They stand fast for ever and ever: And are done in truth and uprightness. He sent redemption unto His people: He hath commanded His covenant for ever; holy and reverend is His name.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: A good understanding have all they that do His commandments; His praise endureth for ever.

PSALM 115.

Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto Thy name give glory: For Thy mercy, and for Thy truth's sake.

Wherefore should the heathen say: Where is now their God?

But our God is in the heavens: He hath done whatsoever He hath pleased. Their idols are silver and gold: The work of men's hands.

They have mouths, but they speak not: Eyes have they, but they see not; They have ears, but they hear not: Noses have they, but they smell not; They have hands, but they handle not; feet have they, but they walk not: Neither speak they, through their throat.

They that make them are like unto them: So is every one that trusteth in them.

O Israel, trust thou in the Lord: He is their help and their shield.

O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord: He is their help and their shield.

Ye that fear the Lord, trust in the Lord: He is their help and their shield. The Lord hath been mindful of us; He will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

He will bless them that fear the Lord: Both small and great.
The Lord shall increase you more and more:

You and your children.

Ye are blessed of the Lord: Which made heaven and earth.

The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: But the earth hath He given unto the children of men.

The dead praise not the Lord:
But we will bless the Lord:

the Lord.

Neither any that go down into silence.
From this time forth and for evermore. Praise

PSALM 118.

O give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good: Because His mercy endureth for ever.

Let Israel now say: That His mercy endureth for ever.

Let the house of Aaron now say: That His mercy endureth for ever.

Let them now that fear the Lord say: That His mercy endureth for ever.

I called upon the Lord in distress: The Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: What can man do unto me?
The Lord taketh my part with them that help me:
Therefore shall I see my

desire upon them that hate me.

It is better to trust in the Lord: It is better to trust in the Lord: All nations compassed me about: them.

Than to put confidence in man.
Than to put confidence in princes.

But in the name of the Lord I will destroy

They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: But in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: For in the name of the Lord I will destroy them. Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: The Lord is my strength and song: And is become my salvation.

But the Lord helped me.

The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: The right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.

The right hand of the Lord is exalted: The right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.

I shall not die, but live: And declare the works of the Lord.

The Lord hath chastened me sore: But He hath not given me over unto death. Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord:

This gate of the Lord: Into which the righteous shall enter.

I will praise Thee: for Thou hast heard me: And art become my salvation. The stone which the builders refused: Is become the head stone of the corner.

This is the Lord's doing: It is marvellous in our eyes.

This is the day which the Lord hath made: We will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, I beseech Thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech Thee, send now prosperity.

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord: We have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.

God is the Lord, which hath showed us light: Bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

Thou art my God, and I will praise Thee:

Thee.

Thou art my God, I will exalt

O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good: For His mercy endureth for

ever.

PSALM 121.

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills: From whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord: Which made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Behold, He that keepeth Israel: Shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is thy keeper: The Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
The sun shall not smite thee by day: Nor the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul.

The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in: From this time forth, and even for evermore.

PSALM 122.

I was glad when they said unto me: Let us go into the house of the Lord. Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.

Jerusalem is builded: As a city that is compact together.
