PEPSENCIA. PEPSENCIA is an ever-ready digestive fluid, containing all the soluble constituents of the gastric juice, preserved in an agreeable aromatic menstruum. It represents both the peptic and milk curdling ferments obtained directly from the fresh peptic glands.
