The Civic Award which is made annually in Philadelphia and which was described in the 1929 Civic Annual by Mrs. Edward W. Biddle, is an inspiring institution which will continue under Mr. Bok's will.

As donor of the Singing Tower in the Bok Sanctuary at Mountain Lake Park, Florida, with its musical carillon, he has made a real contribution which may well serve as a fitting monument.
