Über den Autor (1993)

HAROLD W. BERNARD, Jr., received his degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington. A past president of Boston-area chapters of the National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society, Bernard is a member of the Climate Institute, a senior weather officer in the Air Force Reserve, and Vice-President of DBS Associates, Inc., and Impact Weather, Inc. He is the author of four other books, including The Greenhouse Effect and Weather Watch.
