Behold, He who keepeth his people shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord himself is thy keeper ; the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, neither the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil : it is even he who shall keep thy soul.

The Lord shall preserve thy going-out and thy coming-in from this time forth for evermore.

WAS glad when they said unto me, We will go into the

house of the Lord.
Our feet shall stand in thy gates, 0 Jerusalem.

O pray for the peace of Jerusalem : they shall prosper that love thee.

Peace be within thy walls, and plenteousness within thy palaces.

For my brethren and companions' sake, I will wish thee prosperity.

Yea, because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek to do thee good.

Gloria in excelsis.

GLORY be to God on high ; and on earth peace, good

will towards men.

, worship thee, we glorify thee, we give thanks to thee for thy great glory, O Lord God, heavenly King, God the Father Almighty. O God, through thy only-begotten Son Jesus Christ, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, who taketh away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us.

Through him that taketh away the sins of the world, have mercy upon us. Through him that taketh away the sins of the world, receive our prayer. Through him that sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father, have mercy upon us.

For thou only art holy; thou only art the Lord; thou only, in Christ, with the Holy Ghost, art most high in thy glory, O God our Father. Amen.

The City of God.

HEARD a voice from heaven, saying unto me, Write,

Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from henceforth. Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors ;

and their works do follow them. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth ; for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people ; and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying; neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, It is done. I am the Beginning and the End. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

And the Spirit and the Bride say, Come; and let him that heareth say, Come;

and let him that is athirst come : and whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

GLORY be to God in the highest ; on earth peace, good

will toward men. Blessed are the people who know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance ;

Through the tender mercies of our God, whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,

To give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, and to guide our feet in the way of peace.

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who bringeth good tidings, who publisheth peace, who bringeth good tidings of good, who publisheth salvation, who saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth !

There is sprung up a light for the righteous, and joyful gladness for such as are true of heart.

Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

Sing unto the Lord, and praise his name; be telling of his salvation from day to day.

Let all those who seek him be joyful and glad in him; and let all such as love his salvation say always, The Lord be praised.

THE people stood up, and the rulers took counsel together

against the Lord, and against his anointed. They cast their heads together with one consent, and were confederate against him.

They spake against him with false tongues, and encompassed him about with words of hatred, and fought against him without a cause.

False witnesses also did rise up against him : they laid to his charge things that he knew not.

For the sins of the people, and the iniquity of the priests, they shed the blood of the just in the midst of Jerusalem.

He was oppressed and he was afflicted; yet he opened not his mouth : he was led as a lamb to the slaughter; and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.

But thou, Lord, hast highly exalted him, and given him a name that is above every name;

That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, and every tongue confess that Christ Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

CHRIST our passover is sacrificed for us : therefore let

us keep the feast; not with the old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness ; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth,

Christ, being raised from the dead, dieth no more ; death hath no more dominion over him.

For, in that he died, he died unto sin once; but, in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Christ is risen from the dead, and become the first-fruits of those who slept.

For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead: for as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Blessing and honor and glory and power be unto Him who sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb, for ever and ever.

O GIVE thanks unto the Lord, and call upon his name ;

the O let your songs be of him, and praise him; and let your talking be of all his wondrous works.

Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his face for ever

The Lord gave the word, and great was the company of those who published it.

His salvation is nigh unto those who fear him, that glory may dwell in the land.

Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

Truth shall flourish on the earth, and righteousness hath looked down from heaven.

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will give unto his people the blessing of peace.

Blessed are the people whose strength is from thee, and in whose heart are thy ways.

Teach us to do thy will ; for thou art our God: 0 let thy good spirit lead us into the paths of righteousness.
