(a) The Adjutants and Quartermasters of these regiments are officers of the Royal Engineers, and are included in the establishment of that corps. (b) including 2 Service Companies, 1 Depôt Company, and 1 Field Company. to including 4 Service Companies, 1 Depôt Company, and 1 Field Company.

(a) Second Lieutenants may be substituted for Lieutenants provided each battery has one Lieutenant.
