Series 63, Round Bottom Boats

This report presents the results of experi mental testing to determine the calm water per formance of five round-bottom utility boats. The models were all 1/16-scale, furnished by the David Taylor Model Basin. The purpose of this investigation is to provide BuShips with syste matic resistance data for round-bottom hull forms operating in the displacement and semi planing speed ranges. (Author).
