Ramon "Mundo" Mendoza is the highest ranking EME member to defect in the 20th Century. He was instrumental in laying the foundation for the organization's street drug operations by "Spreading the EME Gospel" in California after joining hands with Joe "Peg Leg" Morgan. Ramon was a brutal enforcer who was involved in more than 20 EME executions before renouncing his criminal lifestyle. Today, he enjoys a new identity provided to him via the Federal Witness Protection Program.
